Jena Labs® Contact Enhancer

The Jena Labs® Contact Enhancer is formulated to improve the electrical interface between mating conductive surfaces throughout an audio system. Suitable for RCA connectors, XLR connectors, speaker terminals, AC power connections, fuse holders, and vacuum tube pins, it promotes consistent electrical contact while helping to protect against oxidation and wear.

Its proprietary formulation utilizes an electron-tunneling dimethylpolysiloxane compound to improve conductivity across microscopic surface irregularities while providing lubrication that reduces contact wear during repeated insertion and removal. Unlike products containing metallic particles or conductive colloids, the Jena Labs® Contact Enhancer contains no metallic particulates that could create shorts or unwanted circuit interactions. The formula remains stable at elevated temperatures and will not dry into a non-conductive residue.

Directions: Apply a very thin film to clean contact surfaces. A single drop is typically sufficient. Spread evenly over the mating surfaces before assembly.

Warning: Contains an evaporative petroleum-based diluent and is flammable until fully evaporated. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not ingest. Avoid prolonged skin contact and wash with soap and water after use.
