Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.
Because our products are built to order, orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
6. Production Times
Most Coffman Audio Labs products are handcrafted to order.
Estimated production times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual completion times may vary depending on production schedules, component availability, testing requirements, and other factors.
7. Shipping
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Made-to-order products are generally non-returnable except in cases of shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or products shipped in error.
9. Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided under our separate Limited Warranty policy.
