Return Policy
At Coffman Audio Labs, every product is individually handcrafted, assembled, and thoroughly tested to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.
Made-to-Order Products
All Coffman Audio Labs products are built to order. As a result, orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The incorrect product was shipped.
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to assist in evaluating the issue.
Warranty Service
If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with our warranty policy.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear is not covered.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed warranty issue.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Changes
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, requests to modify or cancel an order must be made immediately. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
